Czech Food Restaurant - チェコ料理レストラン

Today I like to introduce Czech Restaurant "Bistro Praha" here.  I was supposed to try Goulash cooking that night and then changed my mind to "Why not dining out tonight?"

今回は、チェコ料理レストラン"Bistro Praha"　を紹介したいと思います。本当は、Goulashというシチュー料理にトライしてみようと思っていたのだが。。。
「う～ん、やっぱり今晩は食べに行こか？」
という事に。

Pilsner Goulash & Potato Dumpling

ピルスナービールを混ぜて煮込んだGoulash シチュー

じゃがいもでできたパンのような物

Right now they have "Goulash Week" going on during Feb 21- 27.  If you live in Edmonton, check it out if you like.  I personally would like to take my parents and friends to this resaturant.  If you want to see ambience inside, just click the link above "Bistro Praha".
